To promote and reinforce the principle of giving without expectation.
Founded by Travis D. Smith in 2016, Charitable Deeds operates on an innovative business concept of wealth sharing which Mr. Smith created while brainstorming methods to generate funds to support a non-profit organization of which he sat on the Board of Directors. On his quest for a solution, he began to ask himself and others, “What is the most valuable resource in the world?” Many answers included “things” such as the internet, gold, money, water, oil, or the Bible. To his surprise, however, no one added themselves/people to the list of valuable resources. Mr. Smith believes that we as people possess certain talents and gifts to edify one another. He also believes if more people put time and energy into using their blessings to empower others in their local communities, without an expectation of personal gain, then our imprint on humanity would be much more significant than money, gold, or the internet. Charitable Deeds provides a platform for individuals and businesses to provide services from the heart; by taking something too good to be true and making it become reality.
